time expectancies in line with latest industry guidelines. |
2. | Module 2 provides a complete financial breakdown and
analysis of the total anticipated cleaning costs for the
workplace, which can be used for benchmarking and provides
an ideal tool to measure costs against quality in determining
best value. Utilising existing expertise within equipment provision also enables us to offer advice on best practice procedures and specify and develop whole life costing ratios in relation to innovative product usage to meet the needs of fast changing business environments. |
3. | For those responsible for managing cleaning staff, Module
3 supports clients in the implementation of necessary policies
and procedures to meet legal requirements, streamline operations
and to help maintain the health and safety of cleaning personnel
working in a variety of different types of workplace. Pictogram
based method statements for cleaning tasks are available along
with site specific risk assessments and full COSHH assessments
(subject to product selection). |
4. | Recognising some of the people management issues facing the cleaning industry today, Module 4 offers a variety of low cost management tools and training aimed at helping clients to improve cleaning standards and to retain and develop the skills of their staff. Ongoing contract support through a 24 hour helpline and quarterly updates of changes to HR, health and safety and cleaning related legislation matters are also available. |
