The British Institute of Cleaning Science is now publishing i-Clean productivity data as part of latest edition of the BICS Best Value Guide. Whilst many of the productivity rates have remained as they were in previous versions of the document, i-Clean were asked to provide up to date performance data that reflected the recent changes in healthcare and food production cleaning specifications. The guide, which is used by many contractors to calculate working hours as part of the tender return process, also provides detailed information relating to standards and specifications, and costs just £30.
Mike Boxall, i-Clean Managing Director, commented "The BICS Best Value Guide is a really useful resource for contractors as a starting point to calculate productivity rates and, of course, for those procuring cleaning services. We're pleased to have been able to help put together some of the more complex sector data based on our own benchmarking results"
