Now we have more cleaning done in the holiday periods, for the same money by the same contractor, and a more efficient working during term, using better methods and equipment. The service gain amounts to some 15% of the contract price. More than that, expert attention has been paid to health and safety aspects and we can demonstrate due diligence concerning the work done on site.
