An i-Clean benchmark review provides an in-depth assessment of all areas of existing cleaning provision and identifies what improvements can be made and how best to make them. Following a detailed analysis of documentation, policies and procedures, on-site inspections are conducted by an experienced i-Clean Consultant to produce a detailed report of findings, colour-coded gap analysis and efficiency score. A strategic action plan is provided with full recommendations on each individual element to allow for easy implementation.
