i-Clean’s Pre-Survey provides clients with a synopsis of their existing cleaning provision, highlighting those areas providing the biggest opportunity for improving standards and reducing costs.

Elements within an organisation’s cleaning schedule for evaluation by the Pre-survey include:-

review of current policies and procedures
identification of potential opportunities to cut costs
checking compliance of current schedule with H&S requirements
assessment of existing management practice

A half day site visit by an experienced i-Clean Consultant is followed by the production of a detailed report of findings and gap analysis.

The Pre-Survey document focuses on key areas in need of immediate attention to meet legal requirements in addition to those aspects requiring general review to ensure up to date legislative compliance. A detailed strategic action plan is also provided to help an organisation improve its ongoing cleaning efficiency.
