Setting the standards

Module 1


This module assists facilities managers and contractors in the specification of cleaning schedules and task time allocation to recognised industry standards.

An in-depth site survey measuring and categorising each internal and external area of the workplace is carried out using latest laser measuring techniques. The survey captures building area types, their usages, risk ratings and other key data.

Once completed, the survey information is entered into the i-Clean data bank for analysis and evaluation against different sets of criteria, dependent upon customer requirements.

Recommended cleaning tasks, timescales and frequency
Following this process, a comprehensive schedule summary report is generated. This document provides individual workplace area definitions with their associated default cleaning tasks. Specified frequency of cleaning and task completion time expectancies are also detailed in line with latest industry guidelines.
